Each subject page displays all learning materials for that subject, including lecture notes, practice papers, and exam papers.

📖 Interactive Answer Reader

1
Open an answer key
On an ITSD003 or ITSD004 subject page, open an item under “Answer Keys”. It opens as an interactive reader in a new tab.
2
Read the three zones
Every question is split into three colour-coded cards — the blue Question, the green Answer, and the amber Study notes (that question's knowledge points and solution steps).
3
Switch language & background
Use the language menu in the top bar to translate the study notes into any of the 6 languages — the English questions, answers and topic names stay unchanged. You can also switch the page background colour for comfortable reading.
4
Jump with the Contents panel
The Contents panel on the left lists every question — click one to jump straight to it, and it highlights the section you're reading. On phones it collapses to a ☰ button. Use “← Back to Subject” to return.

💼 Personal Workspace

1
Access Workspace
After signing in, click "Personal Workspace" in the navigation bar to enter your personal workspace.
2
Upload to Your Repository
In the "Personal Repository" tab, drag and drop files or click to browse (PDF, DOCX, images and more, up to 50MB). Your files are stored securely in the cloud and stay with your account.
3
Star Your Subjects
Click the star icon on any subject to add it to favourites, then open the "Starred Subjects" tab for quick access. Your starred list syncs to your account across devices.

🗓️ Important Dates

1
Track Exams & Deadlines
Open "Important Dates" from the navigation bar to see every exam and assignment with a live countdown, so you always know exactly how much time is left. The next upcoming event is pinned at the top.
2
Browse the Calendar
Days with events are highlighted on the calendar and colour-coded by subject. Click any highlighted day to jump straight to that event.

AI Study Assistant

1
Ask Anything
Click the sparkle button in the bottom-right corner to open the assistant. Ask it to find materials, explain a concept, or summarise a topic — answers support formatted text and maths.
2
Search the Web
Turn on "Web" mode to have the assistant search the internet for tutorials and external resources, returning links you can open directly.
3
Tutor on the Answer Keys
Open any exam answer key and every question has an "Ask AI" button. Tap it to pull that question into the chat as a separate card, then just type what you are stuck on. Switch on "Deep thinking" for step-by-step reasoning, and use the Copy button on any reply to keep it. The tutor answers in whichever of the 6 languages the reader is set to.

⏱️ Focus Timer

1
Design your plan (read this first!)
Set three things: Focus length, Break length and Number of breaks. Important: these are lengths for EACH block, not the total. Example — Focus 25, Break 5, Breaks ×3 runs 4 focus blocks of 25 min (100 min total) with a 5-min break between each. The summary line under the steppers always shows your real total and finish time.
2
Start & watch the clock
Tap "Start studying" to begin the countdown. Above it a live clock shows the real time — pick any city's time zone (Singapore, Beijing, London, New York…). Focus and break blocks switch automatically with a gentle chime.
3
Pause, skip, or go fullscreen
While running you can Pause/Resume, Skip to the next block, or Exit. Tap Enlarge for a distraction-free fullscreen view with just the clock and the countdown (press Esc or Shrink to leave). Shortcuts: Space = pause, F = fullscreen.
4
Track your progress
Every session is saved to your stats: total focus time, today's total, day streak, a calendar heat-map and a full history. You can delete any history record with the trash icon. Stats sync to your account across devices.
Open the Focus Timer

👤 Account Center

1
Open the avatar menu
On any page after signing in, click the circular avatar at the top-right of the navigation bar. A quick menu pops out showing your name, plus Account Center, Switch account, Send feedback and Sign out.
2
Manage your profile & security
Open "Account Center" to change your display name or password and pick an avatar colour that syncs across your devices. Sensitive changes ask for your current password to keep your account safe.
3
Feedback, switch or delete
Send feedback in a click, switch to another account, or permanently delete your account from the Account Center. Everything is localized and works on phones too, where the menu folds your name and sign-out into the avatar.
Open the Account Center

🪟 Co-Work Workspace

1
Open any website
Open "Co-Work" from the top navigation, then click "Custom" on the left rail and paste any web address. It opens in a window right on the canvas. You can keep up to four windows open side by side.
2
Move, resize & arrange
Drag a window by its title bar to move it, and grab any edge or corner to resize it. Each window has macOS-style buttons — red closes it, yellow resets its size and position, green maximizes it. Use the floating dock at the bottom to tile every window into a neat grid or close them all at once.
3
Pin your sites (synced)
When adding a site, tick "Pin to the menu" to keep it as a shortcut on the left rail. Pinned sites sync to your account, so they follow you to any device. To remove one, hover the shortcut and click the × that appears.
4
Good to know
Co-Work needs a desktop or laptop — it is disabled on phones. Also, some sites (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude and similar) block being embedded for security: if a window looks blank or asks you to sign in, use the window's "Official site" link to open it in a new tab, log in there, then come back and reopen it here.
Open Co-Work

💬 Community

1
Post something
Open "Community" from the top navigation and click "New Post". First pick a type — a question, discussion, resource share, study check-in or experience — then add a title and details (Markdown and code blocks are supported), and tag it with a subject, difficulty and topics. As you type a title, similar existing posts are suggested so you avoid duplicates.
2
Answer & accept a best answer
Anyone can answer, and every post and answer can get "Helpful" votes so the most useful ones rise to the top. Each answer has its own comment thread. If your post is a question, tap the ✓ next to the answer that solved it to accept a best answer — the post is then automatically marked "Solved". You can edit or delete your own posts anytime.
3
Search, filter & save
Use the tabs (Recommended / Latest / Unsolved / Popular / Saved), the search box, and the side filters (type, subject, difficulty) to find things fast. Tap the bookmark icon to save any post to your personal knowledge base — your saved posts also appear in the Personal Workspace under the new "Community" tab.
4
Reports, notifications & settings
See something off-topic? Use "Report" — you can follow its status under Account Center → My Community. When someone answers your post, comments on your answer or accepts it as best, a notification lands in the bell. Prefer fewer? Account Center → Notifications lets you keep only important notices or mute community activity.
Open Community

✉️ Messages

1
Start a conversation
Open "Messages" from the top navigation. Use the search box on the left to find a classmate by name, then tap them to open a chat. You can also start a chat straight from the Community — click anyone's avatar to open their profile, then tap "Message".
2
Send text, photos & files
Type a message and press Enter to send. Tap the paperclip (or drag files into the chat) to attach photos and files — up to 10 at a time, 50MB each. Images show inline and other files appear as cards; tap any attachment to preview it right in the page or download it. New messages arrive live and show an unread badge, plus a ping in your notification bell.
3
Block, report & the official channel
In a chat's header you can view the person's profile, block them (their messages stop reaching you — unblock later in the Personal Center) or report them. Report a single message from the "…" beside it. Everyone also has a read-only "StudyHub Team" conversation where official updates appear — to reach the team, use the feedback tool.
4
Your profile & settings
In Account Center → Messages you can set a signature and tags that show on your public profile, and manage the people you've blocked. Account Center → Notifications adds a "Mute message notifications" switch. And Account Center → My Community shows how many people follow and like you, plus everyone you follow.
